  • $150.00 per 30-minute session
  • $175.00 per 45-minute session
  • $200.00 per 55-minute session (all couples)
  • $285.00 for Intake and Extended 90-minute appointments.

Are there any discounts?

YES! We love when you leave the red tape behind so we have made it convenient for you to pay ahead and pay less. We have discounts that apply for becoming a member of Artemis Mental Health Counseling or for buying a certain number of sessions. We will be happy to go over all of that with you at your assessment appointment.


We are currently joining some insurance panels. Please contact the office to see if you are covered. 

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Currently, for any of our therapists who are out-of-network providers, Artemis has partnered with Mentaya to help clients save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services. 


In what ways do you accept payment?

You may have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) provided by your employer. We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your FSA or HSA account. Contact your human resources department to find out whether you qualify and to learn about tax savings or other benefits. 

And hey, we all know it is easy to forget, so we keep a credit card safe in our valued portal for your convivence. We also accept cash or check and many types of credit cards to assist you in your wellness journey. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
